| Accommodations will be in Malmberg Hall, located at the corner of Governer Avenue. & Division Street.
Malmberg Hall is a four floor building equipped with heating, air-conditioning system and elevators. The building is a walking distance to the Dining Hall and the Gymnasium where the dancing will take place. The ground floor has indoor parking garage, the first floor has a few sleeping rooms, a recreation room, a fitness room, social room with televisions and several multipurpose rooms for the students The 2nd and 3rd floor have sleeping suites only. There are two types of suites: ONE ROOM SUITE contains two beds, two desks, two closets, two chairs, a bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a sink area. This Suite is suitable for ONE dancer who wants Single room with private bath or for TWO dancers who want to share a room with a private bath. TWO ROOM SUITE has two bedrooms furnished the same as the One Bedroom Suite, one bathroom and a kitchenette. The bathroom and kitchenette is shared by a maximum of 4 persons. This Suite is suitable for ONE dancer who wants Single room with shared bath & kitchenette, For TWO dancers who wants each a Single room and they share the bath & kitchenette, or for dancers who want shared room and shared bath & kitchenette. | |
| We suggest that if you drive, bring with you beddings and towels to accommodate your needs. Bring enough towels to accommodate the planned Pool Party. We encourage you also to bring extra linen, towels, etc., to share with dancers who are flying in. Dancers who will be flying in, WILL BE PROVIDED with Linen, towels, and such. Please let us know if you are flying in. |

All donors will be acknowledged publicly (if agreed). Donors are not limited to Hora Aviv attendees. Any donation is welcome! The total amount of funds that will be collected will be announced. Let us share some of the pie so that the more fortunate can make the less fortunate, fortunate!? |

Registration must be accompanied by $100 deposit per person. Full payment is due by April 10, 2009 to qualify for Early Registration Bonus. And full payment is due by May 3, 2009 to receive the $25 discount. Otherwise, any unpaid balance is due by May 15, 2009 in order to ensure your room reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation must be in writing and before May 3, 2009. There is a non-refundable $30 processing fee. After May 3, 2009, no refunds will be issued.
