There are some changes from last year!
For example: Each registered dancer will receive a FREE video and a Free CD of the camp's dances**
| ACCOMMODATIONS will be in newly built Residence Hall complex. It is a short walking distance from the Dining Hall and the dancing area. The three story buildings are equipped with elevators. The complex consists of 4 major buildings with a lobby sitting area in each. The complex can accommodate over 500 dancers.. All accommodations will be in suites consisting of two double occupancy bedrooms and one common bath, shared by the two rooms. The buildings and rooms have air-conditioning system. There are a limited number of Suites available for one or two persons without sharing the bath (private bath). Please note: Linens and towels are NOT provided! We suggest that if you drive, bring with you beddings and towels to accommodate your needs. We encourage you also to bring extra linen, towels, etc., to share with dancers who are flying in. Dancers who will be flying to Philadelphia or other airports WILL BE PROVIDED with Linen, towels, and such. Please let us know if you are flying in. . |
| Bonus is being offered to all dancers but it cannot be combined with other discounts. *** Register before April 15, 2004, and receive the camp T-shirt made to your size. *** Register before May 7, 2003, and avoid (save) the $25 in late fees. Note: Full payment is required to qualify for Early Registration Bonus. |
Registration must be accompanied by $50 deposit per person. Full payment is needed for Early Registration Bonus by the Bonus due date. The balance is due by May 7, 2004. Please note, registration and any unpaid balance due after May 8, 2004, will be subject to additional fees $25 per person. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation must be in writing and before May 8, 2004. There is a non-refundable $20 processing fees. After May 8, 2004, no refund will be issued.
