About The College
| Neumann College is located in the heart of the Delaware Valley, in Aston, PA. The college is within a half hour of Philadelphia and less than 10 miles north of Wilmington, DE, and their endless sports, cultural and historic activities. Aston is near I-95, Route 476 (the Blue Route), the Pennsylvania Turnpike and only 13 miles from Philadelphia International airport. Neumann College was founded 35 years ago as a private, Catholic, co-educational college in the Franciscan tradition with 115 students. The College campus stretches over 35 acres and offers undergraduate degrees in a broad variety of subjects, several graduate programs (Education, Nursing, Pastoral Counseling, Physical Therapy and Sport Management) and is totaling today over 2200 students. The college is named after Bishop John Neumann, who played a significant role in assisting the establishment of the college in its early days. |

Dancing Facilities
| Main dancing will be in a basketball size gym located in the Life Center building where a large wooden floor can accommodate comfortably 300- 500 dancers. The Gym has air conditioning system, is adjacent to the dining hall and is short distance from the housing area. Please note that on the main dance floor ONLY appropriate soft sole shoes are allowed!! |
Dining & Snacking
 | Meals are all-you-can-eat, served cafeteria style in the spacious Dining Hall. Friday evening there will be festive sit-down dinner. Mealtime will be flexible to accommodate both dancers and non-dancers. Kosher and vegetarian meals are available. On Sunday we are planning an outdoor BBQ lunch (weather permitting). On Monday, a continental breakfast will be served and "on-the-run" lunch/snack following the Review Session. In addition, snack bar and vending machines are available for your convenience throughout the campus. During the dance sessions ample drinks & snacks will be provided. |
Recreational Activities
On campus relaxation and recreation are yours. You may walk around the campus, jog, bike and play tennis. You may visit the nearby towns and cities for sightseeing and shopping. In addition, sport and recreational field are available throughout the campus. The college has a large Child Development Center with outdoor playground for children 2 - 10 years old.
Major shopping malls are within 30 minutes drive either toward Philadelphia, PA or Wilmington, DE. Drug stores and convenient shopping are within a few minute drive. |
