| Gwynedd-Mercy College (GMC) is located in the north-west suburb
of Philadelphia, about 20 miles from Center City. It is easy accessible
through highways from all directions to within 2 miles of campus. The
campus stretches over 160 beautiful acres of gently rolling landscape
and is close to a variety of shops and eateries. GMC is a Catholic college with a strong foundation in the liberal arts. It has an enrollment of about 3,000 students. It was founded in 1948 and offers more than 40 associate's, bachelor's and master's degree programs on a full- and part-time basis. In the 2008 edition of the U.S.News and World Report's America's Best Colleges, Gwynedd-Mercy College ranks among the top master's-level universities in the north. The College has four resident halls with a variety of living options, a gym and access to indoor track and outside basketball and tennis courts, to name just a few. |

| Main dancing will be in a basketball size gym located in the Griffin Complex where a large wooden floor can accommodate comfortably 300- 500 dancers. The Gym has air conditioning system and is close to the dining hall and the housing area. Please note that on the main dance floor ONLY appropriate soft sole shoes are allowed!! This will be STRICTLY enforced! |

Meals are all-you-can-eat, served cafeteria style in the spacious Waldron Center. Friday evening there will be festive sit-down dinner. Mealtime will be flexible to accommodate both dancers and non-dancers. Kosher and vegetarian meals are available. On Saturday we are planning our traditional Middle Eastern feast with Shish Kabab (grilled ground beef and chicken), Israeli salad, Falfel with pita bread, humus, Techina, fried eggplanst, grilled vegetables and more. Sunday we are planning an outdoor BBQ lunch in the covered Pavillion (weather permitting). On Monday, a breakfast will be served in the Dining Hall and lunch/snack "on-the-run" following the Review Session in the Gym area. In addition, snack bars and vending machines are available for your convenience throughout the campus. During the dance sessions ample drinks & snacks will be provided. |

On campus relaxation and recreation are yours. The Griffin Center offers a variety of activities from Ping-Pong tables, Video game machines and fitnness center. You may walk around the campus, jog, bike and play tennis. You may visit nearby shopping and sightseeing areas and Philadelphia is only a short drive. Drug stores and convenient stores are within a few minute drive. In addition, sport and recreational fields are available throughout the campus. |
