| ACCOMMODATIONS will be in the new elegantly built Residence Hall complex, which is located a short walking distance from the Dining Hall and the main dancing area. The three story buildings are equipped with elevators. The complex of connected 6 small buildings have warm and cozy lobby sitting areas overlooking the wooded outdoor through large glass windows. It also equipped with large television screen and fireplace. Suites contain two double occupancy bedrooms or four single occupancy bedrooms and one bath. The bathroom is shared by a maximum of 4 persons. In addition, Suites have air conditioning system, telephones, refrigerators and microwave ovens. Linens and towels are provided once for the entire weekend. We recommend that you bring extra towels to accommodate your needs. There is limited number of Suites available for one or two persons without sharing the bath (private bath). . |
| Bonus is being offered to full time and fully paying camp participants and it cannot be combined with other discounts or shorter stay. Register early to ensure that your choice is fulfilled. *** Register before March 15, 2002, and receive: free videotape of the camp ($35 value), one free camp T-shirt ($15 value) plus free CD of the camp's dances ($20 value). *** Register before April 15, 2002, and receive camp T-shirt plus free CD only. *** Register before May 8, 2002, and avoid (save) the $25 in late fees. Note: Full payment is required to qualify for Early Registration Bonus. |
Registration must be accompanied by $50 deposit per person. Full payment is needed for Early Registration Bonus by the Bonus due date. Otherwise, the balance is due by May 8, 2001 and should be paid to S. Batzri. Any unpaid balance after May 9, 2001 will be subject to a late fee of $25 per person. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation must be in writing and before May 8, 2001. There is a non-refundable $20 processing fees. After May 8, 2001, no refund will be issued.
